My wife was in a wheelchair and we had very attentive service. No food in the evening other than the offer of an omelette so we had to trek out in the rain to the nearest restaurant about half a mile away. Can't say whether location was good as we only stayed overnight and did no sightseeing due to wheelchair.
Only the lack of an evening meal on the night we were there.

the rooms were comfortable and clean, with fresh towels and sheets provided daily. the staff were friendly and always willing to help. the breakfast buffet had a good variety of options to start the day off right. the hotel also had free WiFi and a bar for convenience. It was also conveniently located near tram lines 28 and 15, as well as the nearest subway station.
The noise from nearby restaurants and bars in the early morning.

This hotel was a great value for the price. the location was perfect, close to both metro and bus stops. the free Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, perfect for my business needs. the cleanliness of the room was impressive.
The breakfast buffet was underwhelming with limited options and some of the items were not fresh. the room itself was outdated with old furniture and an uncomfortable bed.

hard mattress, nice thin pillow, good scrambled eggs at breakfast, (even if not very hot), fairly quiet at night, convenient location for our business.
hot dishes at breakfast weren't very hot, coffee was not very hot, bathroom very very very cramped, cold in bed at night (a down quilt would have been nice to have; but we did find an extra blanket).
